We FINALLY have heaters!!
We’re so happy to announce we finally have heaters installed under our gorgeous gazebo to make your winter brunch even more cosy and comfortable. When you book outside for the colder months you’ll be able to snuggle up under a blanket with a warming cup of Gentleman Barista-roast coffee and enjoy one of Belgravia’s finest brunches.
Our Kitchen Hours
Last orders are 2:15pm on weekdays and 3:15pm on weekends.
We are Card-Only.
Currently, we do not accept cash.
Our Dog Policy
We’re delighted to be able to welcome well-behaved dogs on leads into our beautiful secret garden but please be aware we do not allow dogs inside. When you make a reservation with us, be sure to use the special request box on OpenTable to let us know you’ll have a furry companion with you and we can even prep the table with them in mind.
If you’ve made a reservation inside and we’re not aware in advance that your four-legged friend will be accompanying you, we will try to sit you outside. However, please be mindful that if we do not have space outside, we may not be able to seat you and your reservation will be cancelled.
Our Laptop Policy
While we love to fuel your productivity, as we are a smaller establishment, we do have a no-laptop policy after 11am every day of the week.
We are Smoke-Free
While in our secret garden or on our premises, please refrain from smoking or vaping.
Our OpenTable Policies
We can take reservations of up to 4 people on OpenTable. If you’d like to reserve for a larger party, please do not reserve multiple tables to accommodate a larger group but instead contact us via [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.
NB if you are bringing a baby, please let us know in advance so we can allocate a more comfortable table (and don’t forget to reserve a place for them).
Similarly, if you need to amend your reservation (i.e. number of guests or seating preference – inside or outside) you can do this easily through OpenTable or via email.
Please be aware, we hold reserved tables for 15 minutes. If you are running late to your reservation, please try to call ahead to let our reception at the hotel know and they’ll update us.
We charge £15 per head for no-shows or 24-hour cancellations. Please be mindful of this and communicate with our staff over the phone, in person or via email if your plans change.
During busier periods, your table allocation is an hour and a half.
Events at The Buttery
If, like us, you love our garden or an experience you’ve had with us – we are open to hosting events. As we’re a hotel first and foremost we prioritise the happiness of our hotel guests so we cannot accommodate evening events past 8pm. Please feel free to contact our events team to find out more.
