Family-run for 30 years, we like to think the Lime Tree fills the gap between tired old B&Bs and big, impersonal chain hotels.
We offer lovely bedrooms, friendly service and a delicious breakfast in a brilliant location. By doing away with all the expensive add-ons of larger hotels we concentrate on getting the basics right at a great price.
Staying with us
The Lime Tree is situated in a beautiful Grade II-listed building almost two centuries old, and thankfully every effort has been taken to preserve its original character. Many of our rooms feature grand high ceilings, open fireplaces and original cornicing - with the odd creaky floorboard too!
Due to our historic status we don’t have a lift, so if you can’t manage stairs easily please do ask us in advance for a room on a lower floor (staff are always available to help with luggage). Given our central location in upmarket Belgravia, please also note that room sizes can be smaller than you might be used to in out-of-town locations.
Sited adjacent to the junction of Ebury Street and Elizabeth Street, we enjoy the lovely village-like atmosphere of south Belgravia, surrounded by a wonderful selection of coffee houses, restaurants and independent boutiques.
Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Harrods and the museums of South Kensington are all within easy walking distance, while the West End's shops and theatres, the Tower, the London Eye and St Paul's Cathedral are all quickly accessible by bus or underground.
Our 25 bedrooms blend traditional townhouse features with contemporary comforts. While every one has a different size, shape and layout, they each provide everything you’ll need to put your feet up after a busy day out, with pure cotton linens, comfy beds and modern ensuite shower rooms.Find Out More
